We developed a test rig so we can fully test all our systems thoroughly before implementing them in our bike. Hart of the system is a 250kW (340bhp) eddycurrent brake. That unit absorbs the kinetic energy of the electric motor and converts that to heat. That means we can apply full power to the brake and test all our systems to the maximum! At the moment we temporarily use a nissan motor so we can already work on batteries and motorcontroller.
